1st day:
Leaving Lisbon in the morning from the hotel, we continue to the city of Coimbra, which was the birthplace of six kings of Portugal, from the First Dynasty, as well as the first University in the country and one of the oldest in Europe. Lunch at a local restaurant. We arrive in the city of Porto, then ride aboard a cruise on the Douro River and taste the famous Port Wine in the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia. Accommodation in Porto.
2nd day:
Tour in the city of Porto. Free or guided. Porto is a coastal city in northwest Portugal known for its imposing bridges and the production of Port wine. In the medieval riverside district of Ribeira, A Igreja de São Francisco is known for its lush baroque interior with ornate gilded carvings. The sumptuous Palácio da Bolsa, from the 19th century.
3rd day:
We left the hotel in Porto in the morning. We continue to the city of Aveiro, the Portuguese Venice. A ride on a moliceiro along the estuary, lunch at a local restaurant and tasting the most typical sweet of the region, Ovos Moles, are mandatory for ali. Return to Lisbon where the tour ends.
The circuit does not include tickets to monuments / museums / churches, personal expenses and lunch.
